How not to explode? Balance the energy early!

After work, where we tackle projects and homework, we're still shopping on the way, running errands, and at home, all it takes is the first "Mom/Dad, honey, where's..." - and boom, it blows up. And it's usually the ones who aren't to blame.

We can change that! Stop and think: What's exhausting me? What's recharging me? A short break might help - a drink of water, opening a window, a walk outside the house.
