I sit on the terrace, breathing in the fresh spring air. The sun shines on me and I notice every detail—the light breeze, the flight of birds, nature awakening. And I say to myself, "It's so beautiful. Life is simply divine. This is exactly how I want to start every day."
This is not just a poetic description of the morning. This is my morning routine—an energetic practice that helps me maintain quality energy, personal balance, and sustainability throughout the day. And it is this practice that I share in the Energy for Every Day program.
Why is a morning routine so important?

How I tuned up my morning (and why it worked)

I tried different techniques. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. And then I understood:
It's not about doing THE RIGHT THING. It's about finding WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.
My morning routine: Simple but powerful
My morning practice today looks simple:
1. Terrace + fresh air (5 minutes)
2. Stretching—shiatsu, power yoga. And while doing that, I move, stand, breathe, and perceive.
3. Energy corrections (up to 5 minutes)
4. I connect with the energy of the day, with what is coming, with what I need.
"It's so beautiful. Life is wonderful." This isn't just a cliché. It's a feeling that I can convey energetically.
Total: I estimate 10 minutes. And it changes my whole day.
